CELTA PAYMENT PROCEDURE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you’ve been accepted onto the CELTA course, you pay your £200 enrolment deposit to secure your spot. Doing this at the time of acceptance is the best way to guarantee your place as our courses fill up very quickly.
The enrolment fee is non-refundable, but can be used toward any other course within 12 months of your acceptance date.
Because places are limited on the IH Belfast CELTA, it is advisable to pay your enrolment deposit as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Payment of the remainder of your course fee (£1030) is due four weeks before your course starts.
The total cost of the CELTA Course after enrolment deposit (£200) and course fee (£1030) is £1230.
In the case of cancellation four weeks or more before the course starting date, we will retain your deposit of £200.
With less than four weeks’ notice, 50% of our total fee will be retained. If cancellation occurs in the final ten days before the starting date our total fee will be retained.
However, in certain exceptional circumstances we will consider transferring the fees to another course.
No refund is made if notice is insufficient to allow for the finding of a substitute candidate.
In the event of a course being cancelled all fees will be refunded.
